Why was I the only one fired for a dwi on my record & the others with dwi's are still employed there now.?

They can fire you in Texas reason which includes a DWI, If the others were not fired their dwi may of been dismissed or very old,

You can serve her in jail if she does not file a answer you can take a default,

Retain a lawyer asap. There are too many questions unanswered. One being why did the cop pull your husband over.

If you are convicted felon you can not possess a gun . You may be able to have a gun at your residence but you are still violating federal law.
