Yes talk to a lawyer in fact you should take a lawyer with you if he advises you to talk to the police

If you do not agree with a safety plan they can file a Petition with the court and remove the children if they think they are in danger .

Did you move 250 miles or did he move away from you. I do not think the judge is going to make you meet him half away unless you moved 250 miles...

Lie detectors test can not be used in Texss. Your daught er is a juvenile and the police shoukd of called you.
