If if we get a court-appointed lawyer, would we be able to choose which one we get or is it only by appointment?

You can not choose your court appointment attorney . Get a lawyer appointed fir your son and give the lawyer a chance to look into your son's case

Your sister may have a valid Will but a lawyer would have to review the document before they can tell you for sure.

He can get another marriage license and license and marry someone else . It seems like a fraud marriage is in the making.

If he was in the wrong place wrong time the police may have had pc to arrest him. You will need to consult an attorney and give them all the facts...

A lawyer will not bond you out. If you commit a traffic offense and get pulled over you will be taken in custody.

If you donot move in 3 days he can file a petition to evict you in jp court. I think you can agree that has to give you 30 days notice to move .
