Minh Quang Tran

I have worked with Mr. Tran over a year on several projects (medical devices, international medical cancer development projects) that require contract reviews, negotiation, forming corporation. Being a physician, this is a brand new process for me. Though reference, I was introduced to Mr. Tran, w...ho is very detail-oriented, responsive, hard working attorney with wells of knowledge and experience. He is also very tough negotiator, yet professional, which helped me through several difficult situations. Mr. Minh is very dedicated and responsive in his communication/work. There were a couple time he was on conference call with my international clients at 2 am while he is in vacation. His work has well-document and with good research.
