I focus on business litigation, contract disputes, commercial collections, and creditors' rights. I have experience in all phases of litigation in Harris County courts, including first-chair jury and bench trials, covering a wide range of civil disputes.
I have helped companies recover money through lawsuits, mineral liens, and garnishments. In addition, I have successfully defended several bankruptcy preference payment actions and have handled fiduciary duty, nuisance, trade secret misappropriation, employment, DTPA, and property tax cases.
