I have more than 30 years’ experience representing businesses in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, registered and exempt securities offerings, financial restructuring, compliance, and general corporate matters. In many cases, I act as the de facto general counsel for my clients or as the transaction specialist for a single member legal department. My clients include public and private companies engaged in communications, oil & gas production, broadcasting, drug development, diesel engine distribution, title insurance, oilfield equipment, video equipment, asset tracking and recovery, foundries, real estate developers, and private equity investors.
