KENNETH P. MINGLEDORFF
Former general counsel to the late United States Senator Paula Hawkins.
Served as a Chief Prosecutor in the Harris County District Attorney's Office and have handled thousands of criminal cases in District, County and Juvenile Courts.
Appointed by the Harris County Commissioners to serve as a Special Judge in Harris County Criminal Courts at Law.
Received a national recognition by winning the Burkan Memorial Competition and recognized for academic excellence.
Licensed to practice law in Texas and Florida. Licensed to appear before the United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals Fifth Circuit, Federal District Court, Southern District of Texas, and all State and County Courts in Texas and Florida.
One of the chief architects of the Missing Children Legislation when I served as a United States Senate staff member.
