Joaquina Rodriguez did a great job fighting my case for me. I was charged with an aggravated felony and I would not accept a plea bargain. I was ready to go to trial. She got my case dismissed completely. When I first got arrested the court tried to give me some crazy bond stipulations including a ...GPS ankle monitor and a breathalyzer on my vehicle to start it. She got these bond stipulations removed which was a really big deal. After my case was dismissed she said she could get the arrest expunged from my record and I plan on taking advantage of that.
