Jesus A. Salinas

My experience with Daspit Law Firm and Jesus Salinas has been horrible and I haven't even had to deal with the worst from them. Just look at yelp if you want to see the truth. There is zero communication with this person UNTIL a month after they were hired and only after multiple emails and calls... to the office were made. I only got ahold of him for 5 min and he tried to tell me we had talked before, even after I repeatedly told him we did not. When I finally had enough and decided to stand my ground, I got rude emails trying to turn everything on me by throwing out random things to make it look like I am asking too much. I have spent a month trying to get my ORIGINAL client file. By law, it is mine. This lawyer emailed me and told me there is nothing in there I need. It doesn't matter, it is mine and refusing to provide it is unethical under the Texas Bar Association. So is not responding to phone calls and emails. You have rights. If you are a victim, PLEASE file a grievance. The only way for change is to say something and these people are hurting their clients.
