Jarod Rodney Stewart

Jarod Stewart represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex lawsuits, arbitrations, administrative proceedings, and appeals. His experience includes business and partnership disputes, breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and other various business torts and statutory claims.  In addition to his commercial disputes track record, he has also handled the defense of medical malpractice claims, representing vehicle dealers in connection with franchise termination and relocation protest proceedings, and assisting in internal investigations of both public and private entities.  His clients range from large corporations to small businesses and individuals.

Mr. Stewart received his B.A. in 2004 from Brigham Young University, where he was a University Scholar. He received his J.D., cum laude, from Duke University School of Law in 2008. While in law school, Mr. Stewart served as Executive Editor of the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law & Public Policy and as a member of the Moot Court Board. Before joining the firm, Mr. Stewart served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lee H. Rosenthal of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.  Mr. Stewart speaks fluent Spanish.
