I would strongly encourage anyone considering James Kennedy for legal representation to carefully evaluate their options. In my personal experience, I paid over $20,000 and rarely received returned calls or timely communication. It was extremely frustrating to feel left in the dark during such an imp...ortant and stressful situation. What was even more disappointing is that, after assuring me he could handle my case, he referred me to another attorney once we were approaching pretrial. This forced me to hire that attorney separately and pay an additional fee — something I never expected after already investing so much. Overall, I personally left the experience feeling misled and deeply dissatisfied, and I would advise others to approach with caution. In my opinion, the value I received for the money spent was incredibly poor, and the entire situation felt like an expensive referral rather than genuine representation.
