Prompt call back.
I was referred by Mr Austin to another attorney. The other attorney couldn't help me. I did it myself. Mr Austin tried to help. So 3 stars. Most didn't return my calls. Mr Austin was quick to return my call. Pending the outcome of the investigation, I will call him first.
