also known as F. Daniel Knight, Daniel Knight
My practice focuses on civil litigation matters, with a significant emphasis on matters arising under admiralty and maritime law, commonly known as the General Maritime Law of the United States, as well as related Federal statutes.
I have experience litigating personal injury, wrongful death, and commercial disputes in both a maritime and non-maritime context. I have first and second chair trial experience at both the Federal and State (Texas) levels with four (4) favorable verdicts for my clients. I also handle appellate issues related to admiralty and maritime law, as well as non-maritime matters. In addition to my litigation/appellate practice, I also advise clients on non-litigation business matters in the admiralty/maritime context, as well as labor and employment issues.
