I received a warrant Tuesday morning July 14th along with a serious charge that could’ve put me away for some years, I immediately got on the phone with Attorney Fitzgerald gave him all the details regarding what my charge was we began to discuss fees & his price to represent me which only took 20 m...ins over a phone call after the call was over he wasted no time at all he began to look into my case, and told me what our plan was we did a walk through with the judge that week on Thursday July 16th my case was dismissed , I faced no jail time nor was I placed in a holding cell. Mr. Eze took on my case on short notice, as I had a court-appointed lawyer who I felt would lead me behind bars as he took no genuine interest in the facts of my case. I honestly couldn’t afford a felony criminal defense lawyer who wanted 10k with 7k upfront and that was the low end. He was wi...lling to work with me financially (Payment plan via Contract) as I lost my job due to the felony criminal charges that were brought up against me. We even talked about next steps after deferred like expunction even before we took that route just so I could know all my options. I honestly couldn’t have gotten a better lawyer I don’t even think the 10k lawyer would have gotten me where I am today they would’ve just taken my money and settled. I felt that he really fought for me since I couldn’t fight for myself.
