Thorough, attentive, and professional!

I called Mr. Deyon very last minute. I was extremely young and had no idea what I had gotten myself tied into. He not only answered my call in the middle of his lunch but he immediately proposed a solution. He’s been fighting my battle for 4 years until now that it is finally over. What a winner! He ...always keeps me in the loop and answers any questions I might have/had. He talks and describes situations in ways one can understand.
