David Yoon-Lee

I messed up. caught two cases back to back not even a month apart. One was a felony fraud possession/ Theft. The other was a misdemeanor theft. Honestly, I don’t what I was thinking or if I was even thinking at all. I felt like I was definitely going to do time because of my record, and the fact that... both cases literally had all the evidence they needed to convict me. In my eyes I was already “just another number”. One of my closest associates who had just got done dealing with a couple back to back felony/ possession cases told me his lawyer is really good and got him out of a lot of S**t. I Caught the First case, I asked him for The lawyer’s number. I called David as soon as I could. He let me know what I needed to do, and he also did give me a lot of good advice. “Keep your head up, Don’t get in anymore trouble. I’m going to try to get this case taken care of” last thing he told me. I caught the next case maybe 2-3weeks later. Called David soon as I got released. He said “Don’t worry, it’s going to be taken care of. Just don’t get into anymore trouble”. I did my best. David kept me updated throughout the whole time while I waited to go to court. Each court visit went very quick. David was able to get me deferred probation to get the felony case dismissed as long as I don’t get into anymore trouble. Been doing good so far. Just went to court today for the second theft case. DAVID GOT IT DISMISSED! I’m glad as F**k i don’t have to go to court anymore. I definitely recommend anyone who needs a lawyer or doesn’t think they need lawyer for their case to call David as soon as possible! 100

I was charged with “interfering with a duties of a public officer” otherwise known as resisting arrest. On the officer’s camera, I clearly did resist (which I shouldn’t have) so I knew I needed good representation. I asked my friends (which were lawyers) if they had any criminal attorneys that could... help me with my case and a couple of them directed me to Mr Yoon-Lee. After talking to him and explaining my case (I also have a prior felony conviction on my record) he assured me that he would do the best to represent me and he will try to get it dismissed. I felt very comfortable with Mr Yoon-Lee and his price was more than fair so I retained his services. This case dragged on for more than a year because covid and the courts were really backed up. During that year, Mr Yoon-Lee was always at court on time and very punctual. I never had to go to court once! He was always very professional and answered my questions any time of day. He was always very confident that he would get my case dismissed and always told me not to worry. Of course, I was still worried especially after watching the video of myself resisting arrest and fighting back with the police officer. I felt they had me dead to the wrong. Mr Yoon-Lee felt otherwise and followed through with his promise and had my case dismissed! Would I recommend Mr Yoon-Lee to my friends and family? I would, without a doubt. I hope I will never need his services again but if I ever do, I would absolutely call him again. If you have been charged with a criminal case, do yourself a favor and hire him immediately. I wish I had contacted him for my first felony charge, I have no doubt that he would have had that case dismissed as well.

This man here is not only the man who helped me get my life back on track, but he is also somebody who really cared for me in a time in my life where i needed it most. He worked with me on pricing, and was the most generous offer i had received for my 2 felony charges and 1 out of county warrant. He ...got the warrant dropped, the 1st degree felony dropped, and a probationary term on the 3rd degree - & he also helped me during the early termination process as well, which let me get off probation half way through the term. In times where i thought my life was just going to be disarray, God blessed me by allowing me to stumble upon Lawyer Lee. David is a wonderful person through and through, and ill never forget tearing up when he got the outcome he said he could get from the beginning. Where do I even begin? David is the first lawyer I’ve ever hired and I do not regret it at all. He brought my 2nd DWI charge to a 1st DWI charge.
