David Yoon-Lee

I have used David many times throughout the years for various traffic tickets. While he can not obviously guarantee the outcomes, he has communicated to me the likeliness of ticket dismissal. All 4 tickets I have received have been successfully dismissed with David! He has been a pleasure to work wit...h, is very friendly, and is great with communication. He definitely makes me feel more at ease when navigating through the court and legal system. I refer all my friends and family to him. While I hope there is no future need for David, if the occasion arises, he will continue to be the first person I call.

I recieved two tickets last year for the first time, being my first time i had no idea what to do who to call. Knowing i could not be convicted due to my job I looked into a few attorneys and found Mr. David to be a great candidate, we met up at starbucks and i asked him all my questions, we agreed o...n a price (very reasonable) and quickly began the process in which he mailed the court letting them know he was representing me. Mr.David then moved my court date which i didn’t like because i wanted this to be over with as soon as possible but he assured me it needed to be done. Court date aproached and i sat in court waiting for my name to be called, i noticed people were meeting up with their attorneys inside and i couldn’t find David anywhere, it wasn’t about 30 minutes in when i saw him enter the court, call my name and began telling me my cases have been dismissed. A quick handshake and i was out the building. Mr.David did a great job explaining how the court system workes and how he was going to handle the case, he would keep me updated via text and encouraged me to call him if any other questions came to mind, although i wish he would have been a bit earlier to court he did a great job 10/10 WOULD RECOMEND.

Hello Mr. David is a great lawyer. He took his time to listen to my case and I felt I was being railroads due to the fact I was innocent but he never gave up and everything he asked me for I provided and made made sure my case was dismissed and I really appreciate him. It was a long journey but... he pulled it off, thank you so much.

Before I give my conclusion allow me to express a couple thoughts. First let me say that I have had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting lawyers more than I would ever desire to. In fact my last attorney was so bad that I had to put a two-way Communication in his ear to educate him in a trial setting.... So I definitely was skeptical with any other attorney that I ever would have. David definitely picked up on that scepticism immediately. Unlike many attorneys he began a conceited effort to build a trusting relationship with me. More so he was effective. Which is a very difficult feat to achieve. He is so humble and good at what he does that it is almost astonishing. Unlike many attorneys who think they have all the knowledge and information he does not do that. He is very educated and his craft however he is definitely humble enough to listen. You don't find that quality in many people in his profession. My hat goes off to you. In conclusion I would highly recommend this attorney to anyone facing any unfortunate circumstance. I truly believe that he will fight in your interest not in the interest to give the state one to get one. If you provide some legal advice David has absolutely no hesitation on utilizing that. However if you do not feel confident that he does possess the skills necessary to defend you. Being prosecuted is a very scary feeling. The ability to put one at ease is a gift that he possesses. I consider him a professional friend as well as a real friend. His communication skills are Limitless. I literally spoke to him on holidays and weekends. Sent emails on the weekend. His honesty and clarity are clearly shown. I 100% would recommend this attorney to anyone facing any matter in a court of law.

My case was a DWLI (Driving While License Invalid). I honestly don’t even know where to begin, David not only went above and beyond to help me but he thoroughly devised a plan ensure that I could get this charge dismissed. I was quite the hassel to say the least and he stayed the most patient individ...ual and never hesitated to reassure me that my charge was going to get dismissed. Fast forward a few months later after some tricks and exhausting his connections, MY CASE WAS DISMISSED! He was more than helpful. Although I hope to never have to use him again, he will be my go to if anything ever happens or if any of my friends need a referral. Retain David Lee if you can and I promise he will do everything in his power to get you the best situation possible!!!
