Highly recommend!!!

I highly reccomend dave, he did a wonderful job and was straightfoward. He got my cases dismissed which were Murder/retaliation. Just absoluetley amazing. If you need a lawyer David pendleton is your best bet.

Best Criminal Attorney!!!!!

Mr. Pendleton is a very good, smart, hard working, tell it like it is attorney. I was having issues with my neighbors not too long ago and he gave me some very good advise that helped me out alot. I have seen him work hard for his clients and would definitely recommend him to anyone having problems... or needing advise.

Good Attorney

I hired Mr. Pendleton in my MRP, for my 4th DWI. He was very honest, kind and worked really hard on my case. After consulting with him I felt confident in his word and knew he was gonna do his best. He was able to get me back on probation and the outcome was well. I would highly recommend him and he ...will be aiding me in my driving privileges in the near future.

Great lawyer

I was very impressed with Mr. Pendleton and his professionalism. He was involved from the beginning and he really made me feel that everything was going to be fine. He would take the time to explain everything. He was very patient and helpful. I would highly recommend him when you need an experienced... DWI attorney to help you and guide you through the legal maze. He did an exceptional job ,""got my case dismissed :)"", always treating with respect and dignity. I can't say enough how grateful I am to Mr. David Pendleton.

Happy with work

I had a trespass. Mr Pendleton and Mr Gallego got my case dismissed. They had to tell the DA that I was not guilty and they said we will go to trial. They brought me into the office on a Saturday and explained whole case to me and my family. No other lawyer takes that kind of time. Just before trial ...the prosecutor dismissed the case. This was very important to me and my family. This lawyer fought hard for me. He will not back down and he knows what he's doing.
