Darlene Debra Brown

It's kind of difficult to write this review because I have had some success with Atty. Brown in the past, but within the past year, I have received nothing but poor service. As an immigrant, I don't earn a lot of money, so I took it upon myself to begin the process on my own. I reached out to Ms. Dar...lene Brown and paid her for services that she had not provided. Somewhere in the midst of everything, without notice or reason, she dropped me as a client. When I attempted several times to contact her to hire her for additional services, she would not return any phone calls or emails. I would have appreciated her letting me know if she felt I could not afford her services or that my case was too complex for her, anything would have been better than just ignoring a loyal customer. If she no longer wanted to continue our business relationship, she should have told me honestly and directly and I could have attained a new attorney to meet my needs sooner. I would not recommend Ms. Darlene Brown, not because of her past performance, but lack of maintaining good customer relations.
