I have over 20 years of experience representing franchisees and franchisors in both the business and legal aspects of franchising. I have represented franchisees and franchisors in a wide variety of trades and industries, including: restaurant, bedding, furniture, automotive, health and beauty, business services, hospitality, printing and other retail businesses and services.

I have over 20 years of experience in choice of entity analysis as well as drafting and negotiating organizational legal documents including buy-sell and owners agreements on behalf of minority owners, controlling owners, and the entities themselves.

I have over 20 years experience in representing buyers, sellers, lenders, management and investors in business purchases and sales.
