Christopher William Caudill

Christopher W. Caudill is a trial attorney concentrating in commercial litigation and insurance defense. He grew up in Lexington, Virginia and graduated from Trinity University in 2013.

Mr. Caudill attended the University of Houston Law Center, where he served as the Head Senior Articles Editor the Houston Journal of International Law. Additionally, he competed on the school’s moot court team and was champion of the John Black Moot Court competition. He was selected to the Order of the Barristers his 3L year. During law school, Mr. Caudill clerked for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Texas in its National Security and Public Corruption division and for the Honorable Nelda Rodriguez of the Texas Thirteenth Court of Appeals. He graduated from the University of Houston Law Center with his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2018.

After becoming licensed in Texas in the fall of 2018, Mr. Caudill joined Eggleston and Briscoe as an associate. His primary focus areas are in construction law, builder liability, and commercial property taxation.

Mr. Caudill is licensed to practice in Texas trial and appellate courts. He is licensed to practice before the United States District Courts in the Southern and Western Districts of Texas. He is a member of the Houston Bar Association, the Houston Young Lawyers Association, and is an Associate member of the Garland R. Walker American Inn of Court.
