Brannon Cann Dillard

Brannon Dillard is a trial and appellate lawyer who represents individuals and businesses in civil litigation matters and appeals in state and federal courts across the country. Brannon has extensive experience handling an assortment of contractual, business tort, insurance coverage, partnership, real estate, intellectual property, employment, and trade secret disputes across a wide range of industries, including the energy, oilfield services, insurance, automotive, real estate, and financial services industries, among others. His experience spans all phases of litigation, and he has successfully tried cases to the bench, jury, and arbitration panel, including as a first and second-chair lawyer, obtained numerous summary judgments and dismissals of claims and lawsuits, and handled state and federal appeals.

In addition to his diverse litigation practice, Brannon regularly provides clients with insurance coverage analysis and advice on property, liability, and other types of insurance, as well as assistance navigating the insurance claim process. He advises clients on the terms and conditions of various business-related contracts, including the evaluation, drafting, negotiation, and enforcement of same. He also assists clients with entity formation and related corporate governance, business guidance and planning, pre-dispute risk analysis and management, and litigation avoidance counseling.
