A former official with the U.S. Department of Labor, Bradley has extensive experience in Insurance Defense, Maritime Litigation and Workers’ Compensation. During his tenure with the Department of Labor, Bradley was appointed District Director at the Houston office of the Department of Labor’s Division of Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation. In addition to his ongoing success litigating cases in administrative tribunals and on appeal, Bradley actively serves as a consultant to employers and insurance carriers, and is a mediator for Maritime and DBA claims.
