My practice is focused on commercial real estate transactions. I counsel clients in all segments of the real estate industry in Texas, including acquisitions, debt and equity financings, construction, development, leasing, unimproved land, apartments, condominiums, office buildings, shopping centers, warehouses, industrial developments and mixed-use projects.
My practice also includes land use regulation, deed restrictions, development agreements, platting disputes, re-zonings, variances, and economic development incentives, primarily in the Greater Houston area.
I am a native Houstonian and grateful to be practicing real estate law in my hometown. Away from the office, I enjoy fly fishing and spending time with my family.
