A graduate of the University of Texas-at Austin, Mr. Radbil served as Chief-of-Staff to Rep. Bob Hunter--then Vice Chairman of the House Regulated Industries Committee. Mr. Radbil served as law clerk to Governor Greg Abbott during his tenure as Texas Attorney General. Mr. Radbil is a member of the Pro Bono College of the State Bar of Texas.
Mr. Radbil has a broad litigation practice with a particular focus on labor and employment disputes, complex commercial and real estate matters, and also the prosecution and defense of mass and class action lawsuits.
For example, Mr. Radbil's experience includes securities (on the plaintiff's side), copyright and trademark (on both the plaintiff and defense sides), environmental (ranging from municipal, county, state, and federal regulatory compliance and enforcement actions, to corporate responsibility for historical contamination at federal Superfund sites, and mass action and class action toxic-tort and nuisance actions); employment (on behalf of professionals ranging from commercial airline pilots, to natural gas futures traders, and the general counsel for the Middle-East region of an international oilfield services company).
Mr. Radbil has successfully tried a variety of cases to jury in state and federal courts. Mr. Radbil has obtained class certification in a number of statewide, regional, and national class actions in which he was appointed to serve as lead class counsel.
