Mess-up, after mess-up! Horrible record keeping. They will lose half the supporting documentation they request including sensitive information (copies of SSN). She is so overbooked she is unable to keep simple facts about your case straight! It is impossible to get in contact with her & when you leav...e a message no one will ever contact you back. I have waited for a call back for over a month(checking in once a week) & and never received a call. And to top it off she neglected to write my final decree with the agreed upon terms!!! Absolute incompetence!!!!!

She was amazing! I went into the process of getting visitation with my step son thinking I had no chance. Shawntell was a pit bull. She not only fought for us but she was very confident during the whole processes. Her confidence gave me the will to fight when all seemed lost. If you have a case s...he won’t BS you. You will get the facts up front before she will take the case. If you have an uphill battle, I would recommend hiring her.

Ms McKillop has been completely AMAZING!.... During my fiances criminal case we stayed in contact and spoke regularly regarding the progression of his situation, and although she was assign to us as a public defender she has proven to be THE BEST in San Angelo TX...
