Not helpful.
I paid Mr. Willingham thousands of dollars to help handle a case. He took my money and never returned my phone calls after our first visit. Do not recommend.

Lazy and inexperienced
Mr. Willingham was completely unhelpful and, frankly, seemed uninterested in my case. He also gave me inaccurate information regarding my case and took forever to get back to me. Each follow up consultation was like re-inventing the wheel. I don't know if he kept bad records or just needed an excuse ...
