Since being licensed in 1975, I have practiced general corporate; transactional documentation; mergers; acquisitions; all phases of commercial litigation; securities to include S1, etc. filings; real estate-tax free exchanges, real property documents, title work; family law; oil and gas; litigation from the plaintiff and defense side including jury trials including numerous complex business litigation, transitioned to franchising in mid 90s.
