I would like my money back! Never returned. I did ALL my own research he didn't want to see it. Twice in his office. Paid 2500. I had the proof! The jerk called me at work on a Friday asking me to plea from agg. assault to simple assault! No! I was going to plea anything! I wanted my day in court! Th...e call on that Friday, had a court date on MONDAY! He called my HR dept. and my boss. I was in the room, I had already told him I would still be fired if I had any kind of ASSAULT! They claimed they couldn't find the lying Amber Russell! After my HR lady told him I would be fired even if I plead to simple assault! It's called moral turpitude! He was the worst lawyer I ever had to deal with. After the call to my work place, wasn't but just a few minutes, he called me to say there was no court on MONDAY! It had been dismissed! He threw me under the bus! He helped me not at all except he screwed me and took my money! So Merry Christmas you worthless lawyer!

We gave him money to represent me in a case. Kept putting it off on his own and then told me I was getting one year probation if I pled out. I didn't even do what they said I did and this guy just wanted our money to get a quick buck. I ended up getting two years and it on my record because I listene...d to this POS.

He never returned phone calls, never kept us informed as what was going on. Was unwary that I have been in jail for 16 months until it was time for trail, he was not ready . He did not defend me at all. I got the maximum sentence I could receive. He should not be allowed to accept our money and not d...efend us in a professional matter that we deserve. If he does not practice the law which I requested him to represent me he should have not took my case as a appointed lawyer. We also paid him $2800.00. That he did not deserve to be paid. We need professional lawyers in the world and not ones who are just there for a paycheck.
