Best Damn Attorney!

He fought for me after being appointed to my case less than a month before trial! I had to fire my paid attorneys after they tried to get me to plea on a charge I had nothing to do with a video to back me up. I knew I could trust Donahue to fight for me and he did just that! Judge found me Not guilty...! Thanks John Donahue!!!

"Mr. Donahue just completed a month long Capital Murder jury trial in Bell County. The District Attorney was seeking the death penalty. Instead, the sentence was life in prison without parole. Mr. Donahue and his cocounsel saved their client’s life. You can’t do much better than that. Outstanding result by an outstanding lawyer. David Fernandez, Jr., Attorney at Law, Temple, Texas."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
