Biography
Denny has practiced law in Central Texas since 2003. His practice includes both criminal and civil law and he practices in all levels of court including the United States Supreme Court. Denny is Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Board Certified in Criminal Trial Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, is a member of the Texas Bar College, and has served as a judge, special felony prosecutor, city attorney, and lawyer for hundreds of people including his family and friends. Denny graduated from the Baylor Law School and the Baylor University Business School. His undergraduate studies included economics and financial planning.
