Extremely rude! from the staff to the attorney, I got served papers that were intended for my son so I called to see what it was about because the papers had my name on it as well, so I called to get some clarification. I spoke with Lori. She was very impatient from the very beginning of the phone ca...ll. She advised to me that she could not give me any legal advice and to call the courthouse. I called the courthouse and the court told me that they should have not put my name on it just my sons and to call them back.. When I call them lori was even more aggravated with me, and seem frustrated that I called back to ask more questions, I’ve never been served so I was confused on what to do. She kept telling me the same thing over and over and I was trying to ask her a different question she wasn’t trying to hear it, she kept talking over me and in her frustration she ended up hanging up on me. I went up to her office and spoke with attorney Kara Pratt who was just as rude and apparently saw mother wrong with lori’s actions or her hanging up on me and simply dismiss me with “our conversation here is over”. I don’t know if they treated me this way because I’m Hispanic or they just look down at people who get paper served, and maybe think of them as less than.
