OUTCOME: Not Guilty

An automobile accident led to charges of Involuntary Manslaughter (a 15 year felony), which were ultimately reduced to Negligent Homicide (a 2 year felony). Our client demanded a trial and was found " ... not guilty" by the jury after less than an hour of deliberations.
