Biography
I have been practcing law in the Killeen and Fort Hood area since 1981, with a heavy emphasis on estate planning (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, etc.) and administration (probate). A big part of my practice these days is utilizing trusts and other estate planning techniques for avoiding the delay, hassle, and cost of probate.
I am a retired military officer (Colonel, USAR) and feel a deep connection for the military and their families. I do home and hospital visits.
