Biography
I am a long-time Killeen resident, and graduated class of 1991 at Texas Tech Law School. Along with my many roots in the community, and Texas, I have a reputation in the courtroom for being relentless regarding children and their best interests, as well as equality between the parties, despite their inability to ‘work it out.
My success stems from keeping up-to-date with the community and the issues it encounters; the military rules and procedures, along with its changes, and the laws governing Texas.

Don't trust this law firm
Ms Weaver comes across as a caring person. She is a wolf in sheeps clothing! Not only does she NOT know Texas divorce laws, she doesn't care when you lose. I hired her for a specific fee, and ended up paying twice the amount and lost everything. She doesn't even object in the court hearings when the ...

Replied last November 05, 2014Former Client, Thank you for taking the opportunity to rate my services. Compensation for my representation was in fact not a flat fee. An attorney, such as my self, diligently represents their client and provides legal advising. I advised you on many occasions that you would need to perform certain task in order for the proceedings to turn out the way you so hoped for.
