Lisa A. Kubala

Lisa Kubala is NOT the public defender you want on your side! She does NOT have the absolute best interest of her clients in mind and definitely is looking for her cut instead of actually helping her clients. Instead of being open to helping out her clients, she simply suggests "paying a fine" solely... to sweep everything under the rug and NOT actually help out any of her clients. And she is quite rude and NOT pleasant to work with and thinks it is okay to cuss at her clients. I HIGHLY do NOT suggest using her as your public defender unless you are okay with shelling out money for below bare minimum help. She is known to DROP clients after she gets her cut or its simple "not her problem" and has flat out told her clients "find somebody else". Completely unprofessional and should find another line of work, given her attitude. There is a reason why she is rated quite low. She genuinely does NOT want to work with you and she simply does not care about you.

After being unprofessional and cursing at my husband I tried to talk to her. Lisa Kubala stated it was not my concern.Several situations arouse a conflict of interest, sexual misconduct, and she refused to bring anything to the courts attention. I tried to resolve the situation believing me being a w...oman would help. Well nope, she is very unprofessional, and lazy. Lisa Kubala did absolutely nothing. Lied about her intentions to help, and dropped my husband as a client when I told her I was filing a grievance. She waited until she was paid in full of course. Please do not waste your money or time. You'd do better representing yourself!!

Ms. Kubala was very professional and very dependable in handling my case. She communicated with me thoroughly about every step that was being taken and kept me informed. She made sure that my case was handled with the utmost of importance. I would definitely hire her again and recommend her to any...one looking for a lawyer.
