Not to sure what's going on but i and many other people have been trying to reach your office on behalf of my sister, she had court on the 18th of this month and you were a no show. My sister stated that she had been trying to call you. I have been calling all day since the 18th because my sister we...nt to court like she was suppose to and you didn't show or no communication, she went into court thinking that it was a pretrial and she ended up getting detained.

Outstanding work

Sandy Gately is not only an outstanding attorney, she went beyond in regards to being meticulous and by the numbers in two of my divorces ensuring that I wasn’t going to be taken empty for by one of my two former spouses. She does not play around when it comes to the defense of her clients. Allow her... to serve you if you have a chance.

Plea Bargains

Writing on behalf of my brother. His plea bargain was either messed up or done on purpose. He did not do what he was accused of, but was told if he went to trial he could get life. So he took it. Then he finds out he did not get his jail time added in on time he is serving. She was court appointed. S...o it's been a couple of years now. I have text, email, phone calls. She's done nothing to correct it. He now I'm for parole an that time still has not been dealt with. The only thing she ever respond to me on she adimitted he was suppose to get it an I needed to remind on wed I think I ended up in hospital so I guess when I did not remind her she did not do anything. I am also left to assume if it is court appointment lawyer hope u have a simple case. What I am saying don't take anything said for granted check yourself before u sign any papers.

Unprofessional

Never answers your call the only chance you have is in speaking with her assistant. Poor service I regret ever having any kind of hope in her. I handed her my husbands evidence of innocence and even did her job in finding out when was his docking hearing and she has yet to do a single thing. I feel l...ike my husband has a better chance in representing himself rather than having her. Do not go with her she is worthless as a lawyer I have no idea how she got her degree or get any form of money from anyone she is unreliable in so many factors thanks to her I haven’t seen my husband in nearly 4 months and my family and I are near living in the streets all because she can’t do her job.

Nothing in this is true. He is lying about hiring me, and everything else. He is NOT my client, he is just a disgruntled husband who married his husband after he was jailed. I don't have a clue what a "docking" hearing is, and I get setting notices from the Court, not my clients or their spouses. The "evidence" he provided was a screen shot of part of a conversation that completely misrepresented the entire conversation. I do my job extremely well when not lied to, and I cannot communicate to a non-client about a clients case.
