OUTCOME: Not Guilty by Jury

Client was falsely accused by his ex-girlfriend of a severe beating resulting in felony charges being filed against this client. The jury said that after I had cross-examined the 'victim' that they di ... dn't believe a word she said and were ready to acquit right then. After the verdict was rendered the 'victim' tried to get a PPO (protection order) against the client and that too was denied. Now there is a civil case filed against the 'victim' for malicious prosecution and other causes of action.
