Biography
Frank Cimino has represented people in Bell County and Central Texas courts since 2003. From his office at 704 North 3rd Street in Temple, he handles criminal defense and personal injury cases in Bell, Coryell and McLennan counties, including Temple, Killeen, Belton, Harker Heights, Copperas Cove, Gatesville and Waco.
Criminal defense: DWI, assault, drug charges, theft and property crimes, sexual assault, probation violations, protective orders, and felony and misdemeanor charges in state and federal court. He also represents soldiers and military families at Fort Hood.
Personal injury: car and truck accidents, wrongful death, premises and workplace injuries, medical malpractice and defective products.
Frank is a graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law and the Texas Criminal Trial College, and holds an MBA from the University of Central Texas and a BBA from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. He is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Southern Districts of Texas and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Before law school he served as a medic in the Texas Army National Guard.

Great Customer Service
