Carol E. Prater

I hired Carol Prater to handle my contested child custody case in August, 2012. She has been nothing but professional throughout the entire case. She is a very personable lawyer who will fight for you if you are clearly the better parent to provide for children's needs. Carol always seemed to care... about my case and never left me uninformed. The price per hour is definitely worth the effort that this lawyer puts forth. Do not settle for second best--you get what you pay for. I would have recommended this lawyer whether I won my case or not. In my opinion, Ms. Prater is, by far, the best lawyer I have ever worked with. I was well prepared for trial by jury and knew exactly what to do and what to expect. I would definitely hire this lawyer again if the need presented itself.

This woman seemed to fall off the case when i became financially strapped and the week before the final trial without warning dropped my case citing we could not "communicate" after i raised questions about this case- strangely enough i requested a meeting but got a rejection letter from her for crit...icising her....
