PRO
also known as Yolanda Cortes Mares
After over 3 decades, I have closed my private law practice where for the past countless number of years I represented primarily parents in CPS cases. I am now a government lawyer. These cases are complex and sometimes involve mediation, divorce, criminal charges, protective orders, criminal law, child support, enforcement, national, and constitutional law, not just Texas law. They require experienced attorneys.
I am no longer accepting new clients. But, if you are an attorney seeking more information about this area of practice, please contact me by email (preferred).
I have a "BV Distinguished" rating, which is a "Very High" peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell. This rating is a result of a strenuous peer review rating process that is managed and monitored by a well known and respected legal source. A "BV Distinguished" rating means that other attorneys believe that I have a very high rating in legal ability and ethical standards.
Yo hablo espanol. I am fluent in Spanish.
