Don Edward Bokovoy

I would not recommend Don Bokovoy to anyone. He was my lawyer with pacific law center, he was suppose to meet with me in march of 2010, I went to his then new law center and he left, he made the appointment with me. I called his number trying to get a hold of him, i didn't get a call back. I ca...ll several times until his answering service would not take anymore calls. Then I called another lawyer trying to get help and was told that he couldn't help me because I had a lawyer. Yes, one I could not find. I needed help then and before that and I never got a call back. My forms were done incorrectly and I needed him to fix it. It took me six months to meet with him and then he disappeared. Now I am in a situation where ( the trustee) wants me to pay $6000 a month because when I get to the end I would not have paid enough. What was the point in filing if this was going to happen. I don't have that kind of money. I am 8 month before this ends and the trustee is telling me that I will be short $15000.00. Really. This isn't fair because pacific law center did not hire qualified personnel. The line that's said you will pay -----% or dollar amount, she marked 55% which the amount was already 55%, but the last part said which ever is hirer. Guess what happen 55% of the total debit and they can keep coming back with claims. It is not right.

I would not recommed Mr. Bokovy to anyone!!!! I have read the reviews posted with two highly recommending him, two not. One stating he's known Mr. Bokovy, maybe thats what it takes for him to get the job done right. The other stating he has a strong work ethic, if this is true why did he leave us ...hanging. We hired Mr. Bokovy for our Chapter 13 case, regardless of where he was, our case was his responsibility. In not knowing the system or the law regarding bankruptcy people basicly put there trust in someone who is educated in this area. After many messages and letters written to him, not once did he reply to seeing our case thru. What kind of work ethic is this? I would never recommend this lawyer to anyone!!!!!
