Megan Hines’s failure to respond directly caused my case to be dismissed without my knowledge. She abandoned her clients entirely, even going so far as to deny being a lawyer when contacted. It remains unclear whether she may have secretly settled my case—or others—out of court and retained the funds.... Shortly after I managed to reach her by phone, she abruptly closed her practice and erased nearly all online references to herself. After consulting with several law firms, I learned that she is currently facing multiple lawsuits for failure to provide proper legal counsel. She has even gone so far as the delete all Google reviews.
