Ms. Ochsner handled my uncontested divorce with excellent efficiency and even better communication with near immediate responses to every question I had. I have dealt with 3 other attorneys in my past and never have I had such amazing responsiveness. I was usually left waiting for days and days resul...ting in having to speak with a paralegal that just deducted from my retainer; that is definitely not the case with Ms. Ochsner. Another thing that completely impressed me is that I was able to discuss my issue over the phone, and and answer questions via email, and even paid my bill via email. I never had to make a trip to an office downtown where I had to fight traffic only to wait for extended periods of time in a lobby. In fact I did not actually meet Ms. Ochsner face to face until my court date which was scheduled at the earliest date available because the communication was as good as I believe it could possibly be. Before going in front of the judge I was completely informed of what to expect and was not left wondering how the process worked; the entire time spent in court was about 1 hour, which 50 minutes of that was waiting on the judge to arrive! If you expect excellent communication from your attorney and need a smart, decisive lawyer who works quickly and efficiently, I definitely recommend Ms. Ochsner.

It was terrible experience with very rude, unprofessional and irresponsible lawyer. She never answer phone, messages or emails. She doesn't know how to work with immigration case, but she knows how to get money from you! She made a lot, a lot mistakes in my case, as a result I have a lot problems, an...d ignor from her. All what she thinking about is money. Dont trust her! Be very careful, please!

Me and my wife hired Victoria this February to handle our immigration case. We didn't talk to any lawyers before and we chose Victoria only because she's Russian. It was our biggest mistake. The lady just took advantage of us in our difficult situation. Very dishonest and greedy person who will neve...r answer a phone call. She can forget about her responsibilities but will never forget to charge you. She even charged us 7$ for parking and she gave us the wrong court date in order to get money from us a year before actual court hearing. If you don't want to lose your money and time never deal with her.
