Victoria was representing me in two separate family law cases. She always brings a great attitude, great knowledge base, and can do attitude whenever we meet or go to court. Her filings for my case are always well thought out and very well written in order to convey my point to the judge. The best th...ing that I like about Victoria is that she will ask others for advice instead of pulling the old, "I'm an attorney keeper of all knowledge approach," which allows me to make very informed decisions. If she doesn't know the answer, you don't get a beat around the bush answer- you get a researched, peer-reviewed and well informed answer. Overall, I'd say she truly cares about your case, and she will get you a fair outcome to your case as she has done it for me.

This lawyer will never forget to charge you for copies or mail but forget she has to do her job and communicate with the client. If you don't want to loose your money find another lawyer, because Ms Ochsner's style of work doesn't include integrity. She doesn't follow-up on the deadlines, ignore clie...nt's requests, doesn't follow-up on obligations and simply take advantage of a person in a difficult situation. Very unprofessional and dishonorable!
