Best lawyer around!!!!!

Mr. Gipson and his team are out of this world!!!! Words can not describe how grateful I am for him, in a very challenging and stressful time he was able relieve all stress and make sure my kids that I've had full custody of since 2017 didn't get removed from there home and life's uprooted, his extens...ive knowledge of the legal system is out of this world!!! He doesn't put up with anything and is a bulldog for you in the courtroom and will fight for you tooth and nail, anytime I needed to ask a question or have any concerns regarding my case I could reach him immediately unlike a lot of other law practices, if you are ever in a bind and need legal help and representation I'm telling you this is the man to go with, I will forever be grateful for Mr.Gipson aka the big friendly giant!!!!

Amazing Attorney

Matt took over a criminal case of mine right before trial. This case stemmed from an allegation from an ex, used as a tool to assist her gain ground in a custody battle. The DA wanted to paint me as the bad guy! Matt didn’t allow this to happen. Matt was effective and even when I had questions, he wa...s prompt to answer them, provided clear and concise answers and made sure that I felt comfortable. During cross examination of witnesses, we communicated and made sure that I didn’t think something else needed to be brought out! I would highly recommend Matt for your needs! While I hope to not need another criminal attorney, if I did, he would be my first call! - John

Acquitted of all criminal charges!

We hired Matt and Paul for my husbands case regarding false accusations against him made by his ex wife (ex has supervised visits only for the last 4.5 years) and son (severe abusive behavioral issues). Matt was available by phone (personal), email, and office ANYTIME we needed him. I would call him ...at home at night or email at night and he ALWAYS responded. We never felt rushed to get off the phone or get out of the office when meeting or speaking to him. He paid close attention to detail. He answered every single question and concern. I have to say I was the most anxious and scared. He always was able to make myself, our children and my husband feel at ease. He never made promises. He was always straight forward with us. He was 100% worth the money we paid. He took this case on 2 months before trial and it was as if he’d been by our side since the day it all started! We will always go straight to Matt Gibson if we ever find ourselves in an unwanted situation again.

This young man is a litigator, I was impressed at his deftness and arguements in court.

I was impressed with his demeanor, and assertiveness in court. I didn’t want to hire a lawyer, who does, right? But I’m glad that I was assigned Mr. Gipson by his firm, Ferder, Casebeer, French Stern & Gipson LLP, when I called in. I had two lawyers prior to Mr Gipson. My first lawyer lost the ...hearing where my ex lied and lied and got a No Contact Order against me. Told the judge how scared she was and got him to order me to get rid all my firearms. And, because of that, when I butt dialed her, she had me arrested. When I was in court, she was a no show and, the judge dismissed it without prejudice so the DA refiled. My first lawyer was as relieved as I was it was over, and when he said “good luck with this in the future” I just said, thanks. Then I hired Mr. Ferder, and about 20 minutes after I dropped off a check, he called and said it was over, he got the DA to drop the whole thing. And then I talked to Mr Thompson there about filing am appeal for that No Contact Order. And went home trying to figure out what I’d have to do to get the money together to do that, and still be able to afford family lawyer to fight for partial parenting of my son. Some time had passed since all that terribleness, and one night, I had fallen asleep, when I was woken up by pounding on my door and my phone ringing. I could see two cops on my stoop. They said, you sent her a text to your ex a half an hour ago. I was taken back, no I did not, I was asleep. I even handed him my phone and said look no texts to her. He said I could have deleted it. And I told him her boyfriend spoofed my number onto her phone. He had no idea.. When I got out of jail (after three days—10 now in total), I called Mr. Gipson’s firm and got an appointment. My first impression was that he was young, And, he is like 12 feet tall, which is good in a lawyer. I told him that I didn’t call her, text her or anything of the sort. She could never figure out spoofing, so it was the rapist who did it. And then she phoned in a false police report and had me arrested. I assumed she was after the house, she offered to allow me to move in with her if I gave her $100,000. That was a few months after she had left. I laughed and said no thanks, at it was a short time after that she’d filed that No Contact paperwork, Now I could tell Mr. Gipson didn’t know what to think. And everyone I talked to thought I was nuts. Even my family and friends, who I found out she had gone to, in turn, explaining how concerned she was about me. I mean she really laid the ground work for this. Mr. Gipson said he would try and find a spoofing expert, even though he’s never heard of it, which impressed me a lot. Mr. Gipson, who was willing to check out my story. Get my phone records and an expert on manipulating cell phone metadata. Mr. Gipson is litigator, who listens to what you are saying, is able to get a case together, and then is able to navigate a complicated court case nimbly and deftly to get not only the prosecution, but the judge and jury to the place he wants to take them by the end of the trial. And that is not an easy thing to do when you are dealing with practiced liars, who up until that point, been getting everything, they wanted. He told me before the phone trial to be quiet. Which was hard when he seemed to be losing it in the middle. But he hadn’t lost them he was reeling them in. The judge acted on Mr. Gibson’s motion to dismiss the charges after he proved I didn’t make any texts or calls that entire day. And all the DA could do was say that I could have deleted the calls logs—I am not sure she got we were talking about my carriers records or nor, And, she still wanted the judge to impose penalties. And my ex’s lawyers asked to be without prejudice so he could keep harassing me. But the judge said, no with prejudice. And that was that. I was—wow—I was sure we were heading for the rocks, and so were they and then it was over. Great litigator, highly recommended.
