Jason L. Wren

Jason Wren is an experienced trial and appellate attorney in both state and federal courts. In addition to trial level work, Mr. Wren has successfully briefed and argued a number of cases before the state and federal courts of appeals. Such experience allows him to handle the client's needs at all levels and stages of the lawsuit, from pre-suit discussions and negotiations until conclusion of the final appeal. In addition to a wide variety of business and commercial disputes, he has significant experience representing clients in disputes involving personal injury/wrongful death, bad faith, governmental immunity, insurance coverage, defamation, product liability, premises liability, construction matters, and railroad litigation. Mr. Wren has represented clients in counties and courts throughout the entire state of Texas. However, because he works primarily out of the firm's Northwest Texas office in Decatur, Mr. Wren has significant experience in the district and appellate courts of West Texas, North Central Texas, and the Texas panhandle.
