Ben Dyer has spent over 20 years practicing law in Texas, with his practice focused on complex commercial and business litigation, multi-party litigation, class actions, general civil litigation, and business law, including representation of national clients. Mr. Dyer regularly advises his clients on a range of topics, including contract negotiations, corporate compliance, intellectual property rights, entity formation, business torts, and labor law requirements. He also has experience in oil and gas and estate planning law.
After graduating cum laude and with Liberal Arts Honors from University of Texas in 1992, Mr. Dyer received his J.D. from the University of Texas in 1995. He is licensed to practice in state courts in Texas, and is admitted to practice in the Northern, Eastern and Southern District Courts of Texas, as well as numerous other courts on a case-by-case basis.
Mr. Dyer is a member of the Denton County Bar Association and Dallas Bar Association.
