The majority of my practice focuses on civil litigation in State and Federal Courts. I enjoy commercial construction litigation and representing businesses in prosecuting and defending their contractual and legal rights. Throughout my career, I have also defended personal injury claims against large transportation manufacturers and operators.
For most, probating a loved ones estate is a difficult time in their lives. I assist with choosing the best and most economical path to transfer the decedent's assets. I also draft small estate wills and have experience with guardianships. Both Tarrant County Courts have appointed me an heirship ad litem and/or guardian ad litem.
As a landlord, I have first hand knowledge of the legal aspects facing both landlords and tenants for commercial and residential properties. I have evicted tenants and upheld the evictions on appeal to the county court. In addition, I have drafted and negotiated leases for commercial tenancies.
