My client had an extensive pre-accident medical history which made the trial very difficult. We brought his therapists into the courtroom and had them perform their therapies on my client right in fron ... t of the fact-finder. We were able to show that the injuries from the auto-accident were not pre-existing conditions. The court reporter commented that it was one of the most moving presentations by a plaintiffs attorney that she had ever seen in that courtroom.
